Aluminium
Internal plastering: finishing of corners formed by walls
External rendering: for scrape-finish lime-based renders (not suitable for cement-based renders)
Wings of 40 mm with trapezoidal perforations (13 x 15 mm by 15 mm in height) and small lips perforated at intervals folded back towards the inside
Protection and finishing of corners formed by internal and external walls

Plaster Thickness

10 mm

Positioning

Mechanical fixing or using adhesive render on the corner of the wall
Levelling
After drying, finishing of the corner using conventional render 10 mm thickness

Production

Corner bead profiled from a high quality pre-cut strip aluminium in accordance with standard EN 485/573

Implementation Precaution

Always consult the manufacturer to check the compatibility of the render with the profile used. In order to avoid any problem with corrosion, we advise the use of coated aluminium, PVC or AISI 304 stainless steel sections in extreme damp conditions (houses in wooded areas, bathrooms, etc.) or where drying the plaster takes a long time (poor ventilation of the premises or during winter and autumn).
